Request a Sample

We are always happy to provide a sample to any church considering having ornaments made. You may use the form below or call, 828-274-8165, for a sample. Please provide a full and complete name, address, and phone number when calling. Please note your position as well i.e. "I'm volunteer youth minister at All Souls Church."

We receive many requests daily. Unfortunately, not all of them are legitimate. If the name of your church and your function at the church are not included then we will not be able to process your request for a sample.
